Enjoy a magical immersive evening at the Faery Queen's Autumn Ball: socialize and meet new friends, dance, eat, drink, shop, costume contest with prizes, and photo ops.
Choose your own adventure - continuous concurrent activities so you choose your perfect evening. Enjoy viewing fantastic costumes, DJ dancing all night in the ballroom, and costume contest at 9:30 (must pre-register by 9/25). Mystical Vendors and Spiritual readers in the Bazaar. Entertainers appreciate tips.

Live fashion illustrator who will paint the Faery Queen's guests in real-time, immortalizing the essence of your night at the Faery Ball: Court of the Djinn!

Guided by their muses and a desire to forge meaningful connections, their art and stories center around cherishing love, exploring intimacy, getting lost in fantasy, and embracing diversity, all while being enchanted by the wonderful and weird.
Diamondhead School of Fine Arts - DSFA
Non-Profit Fun Tasting Flight Beneficiary. DSFA is founded on the principles of inclusivity and equality, with a mission to make the arts accessible to everyone, irrespective of age, background, or socio-economic status. Our programs span a diverse range of artistic disciplines, from theatre and dance to private music lessons, embodying our belief that the arts are a universal language that should be available to all. As we look to the future, our goal is to further broaden our reach, deepen our impact, and continue to break down the barriers to artistic expression.

6:45pm VIP Fire Dance Performance
7pm VIP Gates Open for Early Entry
VIP's will enjoy a private fire dance performance by Kitsune Fire Dance troupe and photo ops with the Faery Queen's Red Coach (Ferrari 458) before the gates open for VIP early entry at 7pm. VIPs then enjoy a 6-hour event with reserved premium VIP ballroom floor seating.
Limited number of VIP tickets are available. VIP ticket sales end on 9/12/2024. VIP Tickets are not available at the door.

Faery Queen's Red Coach
6:45pm to 7:45pm: VIP's will enjoy a photo op with the Faery Queen's Red Coach (Ferrari 458). Your faery ball finery will look spectacular with this beautiful car! The Faery Queen's Photographer will be set up to take complimentary digital photos that will be emailed to you.

Red Carpet & Formal Portraits
Immortalize your Faery Ball finery with a photo on the red carpet as you enter the ball and a formal portrait session during the evening. Complimentary red carpet digital photo included with your Faery Ball entry ticket. The Faery Queen will give away 2 VIP tickets to her favorite red carpet photo! Photographers available at other backdrops during the evening.
Faery Court Tea & Boba
The Faery Court's own Faery Princess’ Tea Shop offers delicious Iced and Boba tea. Organic dragon oolong tea in strawberry, raspberry, peach, and lavender. Boba-popping pearls in peach, blueberry, and strawberry. Please visit the tea shop & stay refreshed. Support a college entrepreneur!

Do you want win the title of 2024 Queen or King of Wild Things? $5 donation per entry for the chance to represent wildlife (purchase at the ball). Receive special gifts for your reign. All proceeds support Joppa Shrine's mission to support ill children receiving medical care.

Lou Anna Claveau
Lou Anna Claveau is the Chair of the 5th Faery Ball costume contest. She has been costuming and designing her own creations since 1987. She has competed locally in contests with Coast Con. Her first creation was a Sea Elf. Her latest creation, Nyx, is a dark fae so named after the Goddess of Night. She sews her own creations as well as does her own makeup. She learned makeup alongside her brother as he attended theater classes at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. After a long sabbatical she returned as Lady Loki. She is an author, Geek Therapist and holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama.
Mary State
Mary was the Chair of the 4th Faery Ball costume contest. She has had many places that she has called home but for the last 18 years, Jackson, Mississippi, has been her home and heart. She is a member of the VIP Platinum Team for McKesson Medical Surgical. When she retires, she plans to spend her time creating exciting new garments and accessories. Over the last 14 years, she has been active with the Society of Creative Anachronism, researching and recreating pre 17th century arts, culture, and combat. She submitted her first handsewn garment to the SCA Arts and Sciences competition and won the novice division. She continues to create garments from several eras as well as teach other members how to create their own garments. She enjoys being part of the Shire of Iron Ox demonstration team which educates the public at libraries, schools, Celtic Fest, and the Jackson Comic-Con. She has a variety of interests which include fencing, calligraphy, and illumination. She also loves the water and is a certified scuba and rescue diver. She enjoys trying new activities as well as finding more ways to express her creative side.
Savanna Styers
Hello I’m Savanna the owner of styles by Vanna. We specialize in costumes and cloaks and accessories . Worked at a RPG shop where we were in character and costumes everyday for 2 year’s. Was also in charge of cosplay karaoke. I love fashion and any reason to dress up in a costume or cosplay! I am a seamstress so I could judge quality of homemade items ! I work events most weekends and Tuesday I’m hard to reach but am available most other days.
